Terri has always loved to garden. The time spent with her Mom while gardening helped her to truly appreciate the value of creating beauty, as well as providing food for their family and friends. One of Terri’s long-term goals was to be part of a Farmer’s Market to provide wholesome and fresh food to the community. When Scott and Terri purchased a home and acreage in Upper Lake 5 years ago, they decided to expand their little garden significantly to enable them to produce enough food to meet their own needs and to participate in Farmer’s Market. They now have three gardens that give them plenty of produce for themselves, their chickens and the community. Terri says, they find it very gratifying to be part of something as positive as the Farmers Markets!
They use only organic and non-GMO seeds. Soils, amendments, and gardening practices are pesticide-free.
