Product(s): Ultra Premium Cabernet Sauvignon grapes and organic walnuts. Cabernet vineyard was planted in 1997 with 3309 and St. George root stock, clone 7 in Lake County Red Hills AVA, elevation 2300 feet. Last year grapes were sold to E&J Gallo Winery. No current contract this year. The grapes are hand picked around the first of October each year. Organic walnuts, CCOF certified since 2006, are processed through Lauenroth and sold to Dixon Ridge Farms in Winters. The walnuts are harvested around the first of November each year.
