, Value Added Workshop
California FarmLink is hosting a workshop focused on value-added production for farms and ranches at the Sonoma County Farm Bureau office at 970 Piner Road, Santa Rosa. Registration begins at 9am, and programming starts at 9:30.
The morning session will feature local farmers talking about their value-added production operations, as well as information about federal grants to help create value-added production on farms and ranches. A catered lunch mixer follows, and the afternoon includes a tour of local production facilities.  $20  www.californiafarmlink.org

Eighth-annual festival for tasting the winemaking efforts of more than 30 Northern California amateurs, as well as those from leading Lake County commercial wineries. Live music will set the mood and plentiful food from local purveyors will be available. Sponsored by Clear Lake Performing Arts. Tickets are $20.00 per person or advance tickets $15.00 per person.
